Cristina (Tina) Newsom has 13 years of experience in the psychiatric arena, starting her career as a psychiatric RN in 2013. She continued her professional education to become a PMHNP-BC in 2018. She has worked in urban, suburban, and rural settings spanning psych ED, inpatient psych, PHP and outpatient. Tina is credentialed to treat all ages 6 and older. Tina offers psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and prescribes pharmaceutical, non-pharmaceutical, and integrated, complementary treatment options. She is passionate about serving those in need and has a collaborative approach in which the patient is involved in all areas of the treatment process and planning.
